Peter brings over 30 years of experience to illumifin and is a recognized and respected leader in the insurance industry. After four years as the company’s CEO, he now serves as Executive Chairman of the Board where he continues to collaborate with the management team to set the strategic direction for the company. In this role, Peter remains focused on fostering a great company culture for our 2,700 employees in both the U.S. and India, meeting client commitments while driving an exceptional customer experience for the millions of policyholders illumifin serves. Peter graduated from Lehigh University where he was captain of the ice hockey team. He is proud to give back to the long-term care community as a National Board Member for the Alzheimer’s Association. Living in Los Angeles, he and his wife Camille are seasoned travelers, classic rock aficionados and dog lovers. Originally from Boston, Peter appreciates all things “Beantown,” especially the New England Patriots and Cape Cod oysters.

Blake serves as President and CEO of illumifin, bringing over 20 years of insurance industry experience to his role focused on driving quality service, customer experience, and operational delivery. Among his top priorities are directing the modernization of illumifin’s systems and operations to leverage technology, AI, and data, as well as building a culture of continuous improvement. He leads with a focus on innovative thinking and consistent execution to meet the needs of illumifin’s insurance company clients. Previously, Blake held various executive roles at Transamerica, including as CEO for their Individual Solutions and Workplace businesses and as enterprise chief operating officer overseeing operations, product, administration and technology. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and was a captain of the soccer team. Blake lives in Littleton, Colorado with his wife, Katie, and their two girls, who keep them on their toes. They enjoy skiing, playing soccer, hiking with their dogs, and traveling.

Zach serves as the Chief Financial Officer of illumifin, bringing over 25 years of financial leadership experience in the insurance and financial services industry. Zach leads the finance organization with a focus on building strong teams, maintaining rigorous financial controls, and delivering clear, actionable insights to the company’s private equity investors and senior leadership. Before joining illumifin, Zach spent 15 years at Transamerica, where he rose to Chief Operating Officer, overseeing a group of nearly 1,400 professionals. He is known for transforming organizations by driving efficiency, upskilling teams, and modernizing operations through technology and process innovation. Zach holds a Master of Business Administration from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Information Systems from Millikin University, where he was a Kemper Scholar and a National Scholar Football Hall of Fame Finalist. Originally from the Chicago area, Zach lives in Coralville, Iowa, with his wife Layne and their two children. When he’s not immersed in building a great finance team, you can usually find Zach, Layne and their dog Remi cheering from the sidelines at the kids’ events.

George is a highly accomplished and results-driven leader with a proven history of delivering commercial value through data-driven decision-making processes. George excels in building high-performing teams and developing future leaders, maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships while consistently delivering in line with business strategy. With extensive experience in technology services, innovation, and global growth, George has played pivotal roles in leading organizations through transformative journeys. Prior to joining illumifin he served as the CTO of the Workplace Division at Transamerica. George was responsible for managing the Technology group, overseeing strategic planning, data management, solution architecture, application development, and cloud services. Under his leadership, he successfully developed and executed a comprehensive five-year Technology Strategy, resulting in significant productivity increase and cost reduction. George has also led successful digital, data, and cloud programs, driving improved brand reputation, productivity, and client satisfaction. George also held key leadership positions at leading financial institutions of UBS, Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch. In each role he displayed his ability to drive platform transformations, establish strategic partnerships, and enhance operational efficiencies. George resides in Sarasota, Florida. He enjoys golf, fitness, and travel. He is married with three children and three grandchildren.

David leads all legal, regulatory, governance, and contracting functions as General Counsel for illumifin. As a trusted, strategic advisor to the executive leadership team and Board of Directors, he supports business growth while ensuring strong risk management practices and regulatory compliance. With more than 15 years of experience, David brings deep expertise in commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, litigation management, employment law, and enterprise risk mitigation. Prior to joining illumifin, he held senior legal roles at Transamerica and Rockwell Collins, where he advised on complex business initiatives, venture investments, intellectual property matters, and other strategic transactions. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two children.

An accomplished industry leader with over 30 years of experience with long-term care (LTC) insurance, Sharon is responsible for illumifin’s claims and care management division, oversees risk decisions and claims processing, and leads the company’s customer experience initiative. Sharon is a registered nurse with more than 10 years of clinical experience managing the care of seniors in acute and community-based home care settings. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President at Penn Treaty where she held various executive positions spanning strategic operations, policyholder & corporate services, claims & care management, and customer experience initiatives. As an active industry leader, Sharon serves as the ILTCI Conference Chair, ILTCI executive committee member, Claims Advisory Group Chair, and a Society of Actuaries LTC Council representative. Sharon completed her RN degree at Abington Memorial Hospital School of Nursing and Pennsylvania State University. Sharon is married to Matt and they can often be found at the beach with their grandchildren or traveling with family to add countries to her list. She enjoys cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies and believes that this could be the year they win it all!

Terri has been in the long-term care industry for the past 25 years. She started her career at John Hancock and was selected as one of the first associates to help build the Group Long Term Care business. Terri was recognized with a prestigious JH Corporate Award for establishing the LTC Call Center. Over the course of her tenure at John Hancock, she led all aspects of Individual and Group LTC service and operations including claims. Terri joined illumifin in 2015 initially leading all front end functions including New Business, Call Center, and Inforce Administration. In 2021 her role expanded to include Operations Readiness for all new LTC client conversions along with executive sponsorship of our Rate Increase Center of Excellence.
Terri lives in MA where she resides with her husband and two daughters. She loves country music, traveling and photography with her favorite trips being to Iceland and South Africa. Terri attended Colorado College and received a degree in Economics. She is currently attending the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and enrolled in a professional photography certificate program.

With over two decades of insurance operations, client management, and technology leadership expertise, Scott brings a deep understanding of emerging insurance products and industry trends to the organization. He is responsible for overseeing new business operations, in‑force administration, customer contact centers, and the company’s self‑service portal strategy for illumifin’s long-term care insurer clients. Through his strategic, client‑focused approach, Scott leads the delivery of service excellence and customer experience innovation while improving financial and operational outcomes for illumifin’s customers.
Prior to his current role at illumifin, he joined LTCG in 2003 and held numerous senior and executive leadership positions. Previously, he led operations for a technology solutions provider. Scott holds a Business Management degree from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and is Six Sigma certified. He is also a frequent speaker at insurance industry events, sharing insights on operational transformation and the evolving insurance landscape.
Outside the office, Scott is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, fishing, and horseback riding with his wife and family.

Liane leads illumifin’s Human Resource Department, championing the corporate culture and hiring, developing and retaining talent while implementing consistent HR policies & processes across the organization. She has 30 years of HR experience in various industries, with the last 10 years in executive leadership roles. Notably, she led Tri Star Services through a cultural change, introducing a new brand, establishing mission, vision, and values, and developing a strong succession planning process to identify and develop top talent. She holds a BS in Human Resource Management from the University of Idaho and earned her MBA from Washington State University. Liane is a huge sports fan who loves watching college basketball and football. She spends as much time as possible outside of work with her husband, three children and two grandchildren.

KP leads illumifin India with his primary focus on delivering best-in-class third-party administrator (TPA) services and technology solutions. Responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing the right talent, KP’s goal is to build a vibrant corporate culture and world-class organization. KP has 20+ years of experience leading large insurance operations in the areas of Service Operations Management, Transition/Implementation Management, Strategic Planning, Governance, Risk & Compliance and Relationship Management. Prior to illumifin, KP worked in companies such as DXC and Xchanging, where he led insurance operations across multiple delivery centers in India & Singapore. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications and Global Advanced Management Program from ISB Kellogg. KP’s favorite hobby is traveling and exploring new places. He also enjoys reading English literature and books on human and social behavior.

Tonya serves as Senior Vice President of Account Management at illumifin, bringing more than 25 years of experience in health and long-term care insurance. She currently leads account management strategy across illumifin’s client portfolio, with a focus on customer partnerships, governance, and service excellence. Previously, she held an account management leadership role and supported long-term care operations and service delivery. Before joining illumifin in 2019, Tonya spent a decade at Transamerica, where she rose to lead the full long-term care insurance operation, including claims, consumer affairs, and new business. She is known for building trusted client relationships and driving strong outcomes across complex service teams.
Tonya lives in Fort Worth, Texas, with her husband. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, live music, and has recently discovered a love for golf.
